This AR-15 16'' Heavy Barrel, Stainless 6.5 Grendel barrel has a Mid-Length gas system with a 1:8 twist. This 6.5 Grendel barrel is made from the finest 416R stainless steel and precisely rifled for high accuracy at a great price.
100% American-made. Barrels are manufactured from two types of steel:
4150 Gun Quality Steel, Heat Treated to RC 28-32 Hardness, and Stress Relieved. 416 Stainless Steel, Heat Treated to RC 28-32 Hardness, and Stress Relieved.
During the manufacturing process, the barrels are Drilled, Reamed, Rifled, Turned, and if applicable, fluted on CNC Machines with precision accuracy. All Barrels go through a 100% Inspection Process performed by the manufacturer to ensure only the perfect barrels leave their warehouse. Inspections Equipment includes CMMs and Air Gauges for the Bores. Our Barrels are manufactured under the ISO-9002 Quality Systems.
