Shooters Gate offers AR-15 6.5 Grendel 18'', 1:8 Twist, mid-Length Gas System Barrel for sale! This AR-15 16'' 6.5 Grendel barrel has a mid-Length gas system with a 1:8 twist. This 6.5 Grendel barrel is made from the finest 416R stainless steel and precisely rifled for high accuracy at a great price. 100% American-made. Barrels are manufactured from two types of steel: 4150 Gun Quality Steel, Heat Treated to RC 28-32 Hardness, and Stress Relieved. 416 Stainless Steel, Heat Treated to RC 28-32 Hardness, and Stress Relieved. During the manufacturing process, the barrels are Drilled, Reamed, Rifled, Turned, and if applicable, fluted on CNC Machines with precision accuracy. All Barrels go through a 100% Inspection Process performed by the manufacturer to ensure only the perfect barrels leave their warehouse. Inspections Equipment includes CMMs and Air Gauges for the Bores.
