The shoulder and waist straps are adjustable and each of the 10 pockets can hold up to 2 10rd 7.62 SKS stripper clips to allow the wearer to carry up to 200 rounds of ammo. The pouches can hold other types of ammo as well such as shotgun shells or other smaller caliber rifle rounds. Loaded belt size is Approximately 27.5__5__2_._
