SHIPPING

 

We work hard to get all orders processed and shipped in a timely manner.

 

We will provide the USPS tracking number by e-mail once the order has been processed, shipping label has been created, and taken out to our shippers to be packaged up for shipping.

 

Once the package had been picked up and scanned in by USPS, you will be able to accurately track its progress.

 

*PLEASE NOTE: It may take the shipping carrier 24-48 HOURS to update its records with your tracking information.

 

We do not allow “backorders,” We try very hard to keep the Online Inventory up to date and true of what we actually have in stock. If any items you have ordered are not in stock, we will notify you ASAP to remedy the problem.

 

Our shipping rates are calculated directly from USPS. Our shipping charges do not have any additional handling fees; we pay what your seeing.

 

All items purchased from ShootersGate.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

 

*For any packages shipped via Standard Shipping, the carrier will scan packages into their system during their normal business hours (Monday-Friday). All shipment information is captured each time a tracking label is scanned by the designated carrier system.

You will be assessed any additional charges that these options may incur.

 

 

 

RETURNS AND REFUND

 

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

 

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
