Compatibility AR-15 with Carbine-Length Buffer Tube
Bolt Carrier Requirement Most bolt carriers with rear opening over .60″ are compatible. Bolt carriers under .60″ rear opening will not function with the SRS.
Buffer Retainer Use Can be installed with or without buffer retainer (most users run without for easier maintenance).
Installation & Maintenance
Pre-Installation Retighten screws using two 3/32 hex keys simultaneously, or one 3/32 hex key using the rod hole for leverage.
Orientation Polymer bumper faces rear of firearm; weight mass faces bolt carrier.
Maintenance Tip Running without buffer retainer simplifies routine maintenance.
